To complete the meal, the restaurant features a menu Zalacaín absolutely exemplary wines, with large domestic and foreign brands distributed updated approximately 35,000 bottles.

 

D. Custodio López Zamarra, Master Sommelier and author of several books concerning the world of wine, personally handles the vast cellar of the restaurant, which features all of Appellations of Origin and the most important Spanish wines from France, Germany, Italy, Hungary , Portugal, New Zealand, Australia, USA, Argentina, Chile and Israel. The approximate number of different references of our wine list is 800.
